when you sign up for lessons with us, you agree to the following:​

• after your trial lesson, you may register for recurring weekly lessons. there is a one-time $35 registration fee, which will cover your starting lesson materials. please note that if you would like to continue with us after the initial lesson, you must commit to the weekly schedule. you may schedule a drop-in lesson ($40) if you would like to try another lesson before you sign up.

• trial and drop-in lessons must be paid for upfront; weekly lessons are billed on the first of the month (± 2 days if you request an adjusted billing) via our pricing plans.

• lesson cancellations and rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance of your lesson time by emailing wallflowermusicstudio@gmail.com or calling/leaving a voicemail at (217) 419-0743. otherwise, the lesson must be paid for in full and you may not reschedule or receive a refund. if you would still like a lesson that week, you must schedule it as a drop-in lesson through our website. if you will be traveling and would like your monthly billing adjusted accordingly, you must let us know before the first of that month.

• pricing plan cancellations must be received before the 15th of the month to take effect at the end of that month. if your cancellation is
  received on the 15th or later, you will be billed for the following month.

• lessons will not be given on the following holidays: easter sunday, memorial day, 4th of july, labor day, thanksgiving, christmas eve, christmas day, new years' eve, new years' day.

• you must have your own instrument to practice with. we will discuss any other required materials at your trial lesson.

• wallflower music studio was made for those who are passionate about learning music. we reserve the right to discontinue lessons if you are not a good fit.
